rene.studio founded by artist Rene van Dijk is a boutique design studio based in Amsterdam.
We craft immersive experiences for large-scale dance events & public spaces. Deeply inspired by nature, our venue-specific scenographic designs and video installations use cutting-edge technology to push scenes into unfamiliar directions and invite audiences to experience a new reality.

Our work embraces everything from massive LED structures, system-synchronised robots and warped perspectives on imperfect organic materials to explore the enchantment with dance music and the natural world. Each design is crafted to interact with a space, with distinct visuals that are custom-made using natural resources—to bring marvel and new perceptions to the dance floor. Fifteen years of creative, technical and rave experience enables us to throw caution to the wind and create out-of-the-box visual shows.
